We understand that not everyone can afford the high cost of private school tuition, especially in these challenging economic times.
Approximately 75% of Holy Trinity students receive financial assistance. This assistance is provided through contributions from benefactors, grants from foundations, and support from local churches.
In June, Holy Trinity received a grant from the Scanlan Foundation to support Holy Trinity students.

Registration Fees
New Students Application Fee $ 50 Early Decision - Wednesday, January 20th to Friday, February 28th, 2025 $ 350 Regular Decision starting March 1st $ 500 Returning Students Re-enrollment Fee $ 300 Early Decision Re-enrollment fee for returning Students

2025-2026 Tuition $ 12,334 Tuition may be paid in one of three ways—by year, semester, or month.

Financial Assistance
Holy Trinity is dedicated to making a Catholic education possible for every family that embraces our mission of Building the Christian Leaders of Tomorrow. Families seeking tuition assistance are encouraged to apply through FACTS.
To receive first consideration, please submit your Financial Aid Application on or before March 1, 2025.
If your family receives assistance from another source, any Holy Trinity tuition support may be adjusted, ensuring that all families have the opportunity to join and thrive in our community.
Please note that for this coming school year, those who receive tuition assistance will be required to help raise $200 for every $1,000 they receive in tuition assistance. There will be many opportunities throughout the year to help raise funds. For example, selling raffle tickets (above the required amount for everyone), fall and spring fundraisers. This will ensure we will be able to continue to provide tuition assistance the following year.

Discounts
Sibling Discount
Families with two students at Holy Trinity receive a $250 tuition discount on their second child. Families with three or more children at Holy Trinity receive a $250 tuition discount on their second and any subsequent child in attendance.
Tuition Breakdown and Options
Tuition can be paid in 11 monthly installments.
To lower your monthly payments, you may select to make a tuition down payment at Holy Trinity. The first monthly payment is due in July; the last payment will be due in May.
**Transportation Fees, Athletic Fees, books, and uniforms are not included in Tuition Fees. For transportation, parents will be invoiced and responsible for payment.

Applying for Financial Assistance
To receive financial assistance, you must first apply by submitting an online application to FACTS. Applicants may submit this application once the student has applied to Holy Trinity Catholic High School.
The following information is required for FACTS to process your application:
Completed online application. Please click HERE to access the FACTS financial assistance application.
Payment of the $30 non-refundable application fee, which must be paid directly to FACTS.
Copies of last year's IRS Federal Form 1040 or 1040-A US Individual Income Tax Return (2 pages), including all supporting tax schedules (Schedule C, E, F). State Tax Returns not accepted.
Copies of last year's W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for both you and your spouse.
Copies of supporting documentation for household Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF.
While the deadline for priority status is March 1, 2024. If, after this date, applications for tuition assistance are accepted on a case-by-case basis, please contact Ms.Morales for additional information.

The Education Savings Account (ESA) Program was created by the Texas Legislature in 2025 to give families more choices in their child’s education. Starting in the 2026–27 school year, funds will be made available to eligible students accepted into the program that can be used for tuition, tutoring, home-school educational expenses or other approved education expenses.
