Dear New Celtic Families,
Welcome to the Holy Trinity Lunch program!
Vendor-ordered lunches are available to those students who would like to place orders. Students may bring their own lunches on any day, or may order lunches for any or all of the available days on which lunches can be ordered. The Cafetorium is equipped with many microwave ovens for students who bring food that needs to be heated. In addition, the snack bar offers a selection of fast foods and snacks.
The lunch menu for each month is available roughly in the middle to end of the month prior. I will be sending out an email announcing the opening the orders for the following month. The ordering will be open for approximately one week. I will indicate the close date of the ordering period in my email.
The menu items for the month being ordered are listed on your ParentsWeb for you to select.
Once you receive the “Lunches Open for Ordering” email, please follow these instructions to place your lunch orders:
Log in to your ParentsWeb account.
On your Parentweb Homepage, select Student Information on the left side and select LUNCH from drop-down menu.
Once the LUNCH window opens, select the first day of the ordering period and the menu items will appear. Click on the Create Web Order tab, and all the items will appear, day by day, for the entire ordering period (the month of ordering).
Select the desired items, the quantities of each, and when you are done, click on Pay Now at the bottom of your screen.
The amount will immediately be deducted from your bank or credit card account you entered to pay for tuition. This will complete the order. Make a note of your total. Close the screen and you're done.
Lunches will be open for orders approximately 2 weeks before the lunch period begins, and I will be sending out emails to alert you as to when each Ordering Period is open.
