Below please find instructions for how to log into and create your ParentsWeb account.
WELCOME TO HOLY TRINITY CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL
We would like to take this opportunity to give you some information about RenWeb.
Holy Trinity's RenWeb portal, ParentsWeb, can be found by pointing a web browser to our website at www.holytrinitychs.org and following the ParentsWeb link at the top, right-hand corner of the web page, you may also Click Here and follow this link directly to the ParentsWeb login page.
The following instructions are for any parent or guardian who has
never logged into the RenWeb ParentsWeb internet portal:
1. Point a browser to the ParentsWeb Login Page, the link to which is located at the top of our school website.
2. Click the "Create New ParentsWeb Account" next to the Login button.
3. Type in "HTCHS-TX" without quotes in the "District Code:" text box.
4. Type in the e-mail address that corresponds to the e-mail account that received this message into the "Email:" text box.
5. Click "Create Account" and a message will be given.
a. If you receive the message "Error: Invalid Credentials. Please contact school administrator. (Code 2)". Please call the school at (254) 771-0787 and we will assist you as soon as possible.
b. If you receive the message: "An email has been sent to your email address. Please check the email and click link provided to gain access to page where you can create your username and password. For security purposes, that link will only be active for 6 hours." Proceed to step 6.
6. Check your email account for an email from RenWeb Support. It will contain a clickable link to complete creating your ParentsWeb login.
7. Click the link.
8. A browser should open showing your name, a "Person ID", and three text boxes labeled: "Username", "Password", and "Confirm".
9. Create a username and a password for yourself. Retype your password in the "Confirm" text box.
10. Click the "Save Username and/or Password" button.
11. If you receive a "Username/Password successfully updated." message, you have correctly created your ParentsWeb login and you may now login.
II) ParentsWeb Forgotten Account Information Instructions
The following instructions are for any parent or guardian who cannot remember his or her account login for the RenWeb ParentsWeb internet portal:
1. Point a browser to the ParentsWeb Login Page.
2. Click the Forgot Username/Password link just below the Password text box.
3. Type in "HTCHS-TX" without quotes in the "District Code:" text box.
4. Type in the e-mail address associated with the account
5. Click "Reset Password" and a message will be given: "An email has been sent to your email address with instructions for how to reset your password. Proceed to step 6.
6. Check your email account for an email from RenWeb Support. It will contain a clickable link to update your username and/or password for your ParentsWeb login.
7. Click the link.
8. A browser should open showing your name, a "Person ID", and three text boxes labeled: "Username", "Password", and "Confirm".
9. Create a username and a password for yourself. Retype your password in the "Confirm" text box.
10. Click the "Save Username and/or Password" button.
11. If you receive a "Username/Password successfully updated." message, you have correctly updated your ParentsWeb login and you may now login.
III) ParentsWeb General Login Instructions
The following instructions explain how everyone logs into the RenWeb ParentsWeb Internet portal:
1. Point a browser to the ParentsWeb Login Page.
2. Type in "HTCHS-TX" without quotes in the "District Code:" text box.
3. Type your username into the "Username:" text box.
4. Type in your password into the "Password: (Case Sensitive):" text box.
5. Make certain that the "Parent" selector is selected.
6. Click the "Login" button and you have successfully logged into ParentsWeb.
