Application Deadline for 2024 - 2025 School Year

Please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Online Application and specify the year you're applying for 
2. Have your current school return the completed Letters of Recommendation and Release of Records forms (links under the "Documents" section of this page).

Summary of forms you will need to submit:

• Release of Records

• English Teacher Recommendation

• Math Teacher Recommendation

Additional Documents

• Immunization/Health Records

• Copy of Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Driver's License (if applicable)

• If student is Catholic, copies of Baptismal, Reconciliation, First Eucharist, and Confirmation certificates

Financial Assistance

• Complete the FACTS Financial Aid application
