TUITION    

TUITION FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR:                                   $12,334 per student

Tuition may be paid in one of three ways—by year, semester, or month.  

ALL FAMILIES MUST REGISTER WITH FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT OPTION TO BE CONSIDERED ENROLLED IN HOLY TRINITY 

Those who pay by the month…

• are responsible for the $50 recurring annual FACTS fee per family.

• may select to make a down payment to reduce their monthly payments.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE    

Holy Trinity is committed to making Catholic education available to any family that commits to our mission of Building the Christian Leaders of Tomorrow.  Families in need of tuition assistance need to apply through FACTS.  The first consideration is given to those who fill out the Financial Aid Application on or before March 1, 2025.  For more information, go to the admissions tab and choose “Financial Information” from the dropdown list.

If assistance is awarded from an outside source, tuition assistance from Holy Trinity may be adjusted.

Please note that for this coming school year those who receive tuition assistance will be required to help raise $200 for every $1,000 they receive in tuition assistance.  There will be many opportunities throughout the year to help raise funds.  For example, selling raffle tickets (above the required amount for everyone), fall and spring fundraisers. This will ensure we will be able to continue to provide tuition assistance the following year.

SCHOLARSHIPS    

Holy Trinity Catholic School has partnered with ACE Scholarships and the Beacon of Hope Scholarship Program which you may qualify for as well.  When applying through our FACTS Management System, you will simply need to check the ACE Scholarship and the Beacon of Hope Scholarship Program boxes.  

Please visit our website for other outside scholarships that you may be eligible to apply for to help defer the cost of tuition.

DISCOUNTS    

Families may select one of the following discounts. 

• Sibling Discount.  Families with two students at Holy Trinity receive a $250 tuition discount on their second child.  Families with three or more children at Holy Trinity receive a $250 tuition discount on their second and any subsequent child in attendance.

TUITION BREAKDOWN  & OPTIONS    

Tuition can be paid in 11 monthly installments.  To lower your monthly payments, you may select to make a tuition down payment at Holy Trinity. The first monthly payment is due in July; the last payment will be due in May. 

**Transportation Fees, Athletic Fees, books, and uniforms are not included in Tuition Fees.

TRANSPORTATION (Parents will be Invoiced and Responsible for Payment)

Morning/Afternoon Route

• $250 – An annual Registration Fee per rider

• $250 – Monthly Fee (10 payments paid August through May) beginning August 1 Total $2,500

One-Way Route (choose a morning only or afternoon only)   

• $125 - Annual Registration Fee, per rider

• $125 - Monthly Fee  (10 Payments paid August through May) Beginning August 1 Total $1,250

St. Marys to Holy Trinity Route 

• $250 An annual Registration Fee per rider

• $250 Per rider for the entire school year. 

• From St. Mary’s Catholic School to Holy Trinity Catholic High School in the morning. (departing St. Mary’s at 7:40 am)

• From St. Mary’s Catholic School to Holy Trinity Catholic High School in the afternoon. (departing St. Mary’s upon school dismissal)

During the enrollment process, you will have the opportunity to register for transportation.
