TUITION AND FEES

TUITION FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR: $1,250 per student per month ($12,500/yr)

Tuition may be paid in one of three ways—by year, semester, or month.  

ALL FAMILIES MUST REGISTER WITH FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT, REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT OPTION, TO BE CONSIDERED ENROLLED IN HOLY TRINITY 

Those who pay by the month…

• are responsible for the $50 recurring annual FACTS fee per family.
• may select to make a down payment to reduce their monthly payments.

For the multiple payment plans, a late fee of $25 per month, assessed to overdue accounts payments received after the 10^th of the month) and a $50 fee for all payments declined by your financial institution will be collected by Holy Trinity.

The requirement for service hours will be 25 for the school year.  Parents will be required to volunteer five hours for 3 fundraising events and 8 for fine arts, athletic, and various events, and 2 hours for the Lights of Joy.  If the hours are not worked, the family will be charged $25 per hour not worked or goods/materials donated via FACTS after each event. 

DISCOUNTS

Families may select one of the following discounts. 

• Catholic School Employee Discount.  Employees at area Catholic schools are eligible to receive a tuition discount.
• Advanced Payment Discount.  Families paying either annually or by semester receive a $250 tuition discount.  
• Sibling Discount.  Families with two students at Holy Trinity receive a $250 tuition discount on their second child.  Families with three or more children at Holy Trinity receive a $250 tuition discount on their second and any subsequent child in attendance.
• Disciple Scholarships: If a current student refers a new student and they enroll at Holy Trinity, that sponsoring student/family will receive a $500 tuition scholarship for that same year the new student enrolls.  There is no limit to how many scholarships a student may qualify for in a year up to the full cost of tuition. Scholarships will apply to the year when a new student enrolls and pays tuition.
• Families who receive financial aid are not eligible to receive the advanced payment or sibling discount.
• Tuition can be paid in 11 monthly installments.  To lower your monthly payments, you may select to make a tuition down payment at Holy Trinity. The first monthly payment is due in July; the last payment will be due in May.  Additional payments on tuition may be made at any time during the year.

TRANSPORTATION

Morning/Afternoon Route

• $250 – An annual Registration Fee per rider is to be submitted with the Registration Form no later than July 1, 2023.
• $250 – The Monthly Fee is due on the 1^st of each month (10 payments paid August through May) beginning August 1, 2023. Total= $2,500

Mini-bus Route

• $200 per student for the entire school year.
• $250 An Annual Registration Fee per rider

• From St. Mary’s Catholic School to Holy Trinity Catholic High School in the morning. (departing St. Mary’s at 7:45 am)
• From St. Mary’s Catholic School to Holy Trinity Catholic High School in the afternoon. (departing St. Mary’s upon school dismissal)

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Holy Trinity is committed to making Catholic education available to any family that commits to our mission of Building the Christian Leaders of Tomorrow.  Families in need of tuition assistance need to apply through FACTS.  The first consideration is given to those who completed the Financial Aid Application on or before April 4th, 2022.  For more information, go to the admissions tab and choose “Financial Information” from the dropdown list.

In addition to the Holy Trinity Catholic School Tuition Assistance program, we have partnered with ACE Scholarships, which you may also qualify for.  When applying through our FACTS Management System, you must check the ACE Scholarship box.   Please visit our website for other outside scholarships that you may be eligible to apply for to help defer the cost of tuition.

If assistance is awarded from an outside source, tuition assistance from Holy Trinity may be adjusted.

Please note that for this coming school year, those who receive tuition assistance will be required to help raise $200 for every $1,000 they receive in tuition assistance.  There will be many opportunities throughout the year to help raise funds.  For example, selling raffle tickets (above the required amount for everyone), fall and spring fundraisers. This will ensure we will be able to continue to provide tuition assistance the following year.
