Holy Trinity could not offer the quality of education, service, and sense of community that it does without parental involvement as volunteers, committee members, and supporters.  All jobs are important, and the students are delighted to know that their parents are working for the school.

At Holy Trinity we hold our students’ safety as a top priority. As a result, we ask that all parents wishing to volunteer at the school complete the Diocesan Ethics and Integrity and Ministry program.

Once you have completed the program, you may volunteer at events hosted by Holy Trinity, including helping with the annual Gala Fundraiser,  Athletic events, Student Retreats, Sweet Mondays, or other areas of involvement in our school. Please contact the front office for a list of volunteer opportunities. 

All persons serving in any ministry that requires EIM compliance (per diocesan EIM Policies) must submit a one-time EIM application (online or paper copy) and attend a 3-hour EIM Basic Workshop (and a Refresher every 3 years thereafter). To determine when you need to attend a Refresher or verify if you qualify to attend a Refresher, click here. If you don’t recall your User ID/Password, please use the Alternate Log In option to access your application. Place your cursor over “Workshop Dates” to find your previous workshop information. Persons needing to attend a refresher workshop may attend either an EIM Basic or Refresher Workshop to meet the 3-year refresher compliance requirement. If you are a victim of sexual abuse and have concerns regarding your attendance at a workshop, please contact Emily Hurlimann at (512) 949-2447 to discuss an alternative workshop arrangement.

Each school family is asked to volunteer 20 hours of service to the school throughout the year. These hours should be entered by the family via RenWeb. Families who fail to complete the required number of hours during the school year will be charged $20 per hour not completed.
