Holy Trinity is unique because it offers a full range of curricular and extra-curricular programs in a Christ-centered environment.
Since 1997 we have been the premier Catholic independent college preparatory school in the Temple/Killeen area, and our graduates have excelled not only in college but in their careers. Our mission is to educate the "Christian Leaders of Tomorrow." As our area's business has become more international, so has our student body, curriculum and instruction. We challenge our students to live morally, think creatively, and communicate effectively. Our curriculum is grounded in the traditions and experiences of the past, yet it is directly connected to the issues of the future.
Each student that is admitted to Holy Trinity guides the future of the school. Our school could not continue to exist without the admission and influence of new students. The character of our school is molded by the new students and the talents that they bring to us. Holy Trinity offers a family environment with a small faculty-to-student ratio. We also appreciate that parents are an integral part of a child's education. We encourage parents to become part of the school through regular volunteer opportunities.

Being a Holy Trinity Catholic High School Celtic starts with one day, but it lasts for a lifetime.
The best way to get to know our community is to spend a day with us!
We look forward to hearing from you!
No. Roughly 20 percent of our students are non-Catholic. Our doors are open to anyone who shares a desire for a challenging academic curriculum in a Christian environment.
Holy Trinity strives to make its education affordable to anyone who is willing to be part of our learning community. If your family cannot afford tuition, please contact the school and apply for financial assistance. If you are right for Holy Trinity, we will do everything we can to enable you to afford our education.
Yes! College credits can be earned in two ways. First, Holy Trinity offers Dual Credit classes in partnership with the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and the Scott and White BioScience center, enabling seniors to attend classes on the UMHB and BioScience campus. Second, Holy Trinity offers a wide selection of Advanced Placement classes, which can earn students college credit depending on their success on the AP exams. AP classes are offered in English, Social Studies, Spanish, Science, Math, and Technology.
Yes! Our expectation is that every student will continue his/her education after high school. Every class--including electives--is intended to be college-preparatory. We seek to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in college and beyond. Our alumni report back to us regularly that they are, indeed, prepared!
There's a trick to this one--do your homework! Holy Trinity is a college preparatory high school, and we expect all of our students to attend an institution of higher learning. However, while we send many of our graduates to some of the nation's finest universities--Notre Dame, Duke, University of Chicago, Texas A&M, the University of Texas, Mary Hardin-Baylor, we also send many students to community colleges, military or technical schools.
Actually, we offer you more opportunities. Because we are a small school, most of our students become involved in a wide variety of extra-curricular activities and athletics. Athletic coaches and fine arts directors work together to ensure that students are able to participate in multiple activities. A typical female student may play in a volleyball game on Thursday, compete in speech or debate on Saturday, attend a Student Council meeting on Monday, lead a prayer service on Tuesday, and cheer in a football game on Friday. Not many large schools can offer you the same. Holy Trinity students can be as involved as they want to be! We believe in the value of a well-rounded student.
There are some positions that are restricted to Catholics only--chaplain, principal, theology teachers. However, many positions are open to people of other faiths who share and believe in the mission of Holy Trinity.
